Cloud DJ-FM Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 18, 2026Company: Cloud Djfm

1. Introduction

Aspen DJ Company Inc. operates Cloud DJ-FM, a music application featuring remixes, unreleased tracks, and live DJ mixes curated by Savy Fontana. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Aspen DJ Company Inc., and “the Service” refers to the Cloud DJ-FM application and website.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Name and email address — When you create an account, we store your name and email address.

Account and user identification information — Each account has a unique identifier, along with an internal account role and your membership or access status (for example, lifetime or monthly access).

Login and authentication information — You sign in with an email address and password, or with a sign-in method offered by our authentication provider. We do not store your password. A session token is kept in your browser so you stay signed in between visits.

Favorites and liked tracks — We store the tracks you mark as favorites, linked to your account email, so your Liked list follows you between devices.

Listening activity and app interactions — When you download a track, we record the track, your account email, and the time of the download. Your playback queue, playback position, and recently played list are stored locally in your browser so playback can resume where you left off; this local history is not uploaded to our servers.

Promo-code redemption and access status — If you unlock the app with a promo code, we store the code, whether it is active or redeemed, how many times it has been used, the time it was claimed or redeemed, and the account that redeemed it.

Purchase or transaction status — For paid access, we store the payment session identifier, the amount paid, and the payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Device information — The app processes limited device and browser details locally in order to play audio correctly and present the interface appropriately. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps in server logs.

Usage and analytics information — Our platform provider collects aggregate traffic and usage statistics for the Service, such as page views and general session activity.

Crash reports and diagnostic data — We do not use a third-party crash-reporting service. Technical error information may be recorded in our platform’s server logs so we can identify and fix faults.

Information you voluntarily submit — If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, health data, or advertising identifiers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Authenticate you and keep you signed in
  • Provide access to music and app features
  • Save your favorites and preferences
  • Process or verify your access to the Service
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
  • Diagnose crashes and technical issues
  • Improve app functionality and content
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

4. Payments

Cloud DJ-FM does not directly store full credit-card or payment-card details. Paid access is processed by Stripe, our payment provider, which handles your card information under its own terms of service and privacy practices. We receive only the confirmation and status of a completed payment, along with the amount paid and a payment session identifier.

If you obtain access through a mobile app store, that store processes the purchase and handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy practices, such as Apple’s.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service:

  • Base44 — our application platform provider, which provides hosting, database storage, user authentication, and aggregate usage analytics
  • Stripe — payment processing for paid access
  • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers used to store and serve app data
  • Apple and other app stores, if you install or purchase through a store

These providers access information only as needed to perform their services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:

  • Account information is retained while your account is active, and is deleted when you delete your account.
  • Favorites and download records are retained while your account is active and are removed when you delete your account.
  • Promo-code and transaction records may be retained after account deletion where needed for record-keeping, fraud prevention, and tax or legal obligations.
  • Playback history stored in your browser remains until you clear your browser storage or the app data is removed.
  • Server logs and diagnostic information are retained for a limited period for troubleshooting and security purposes.
  • Support communications are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and to maintain a record of it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit data to authorized systems and personnel. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing us at savyfontana@gmail.com.

You can also delete your account yourself from within the app: open your Profile and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the information associated with it. Deleting your account ends your access to the Service.

If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at the email address above.
